Confirmation
You will be contacted by our team via phone or email to confirm your booking.
Advance Payment
A 20% advance payment is required to finalize the reservation. Balance via bank or cash to driver.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
Simply click the 'Cancellation' link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Refund Process
Upon successful cancellation through the link, we will immediately initiate the refund process for your advance payment. (Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank).
